Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of strong fulfillment and warehousing operations experience is required, along with proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse management role, ideally within a high-volume environment. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in warehouse management systems, OMS, and other related systems and applications is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Deputy Head of Fulfillment will manage all aspects of the fulfillment warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage optimization, order processing efficiency, manpower productivity, marketplace metrics SLA adherence, and timely order dispatch. They will oversee the warehouse managers to ensure operational efficiencies of the fulfillment warehouses aimed at reducing costs and improving overall warehouse productivity.
