Requirements

Candidates should be mission-driven generalists with a strong understanding of customer success strategies. Experience in software implementation and customer support is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. NYC-based candidates must be able to work in-person at least 3 days a week from our Manhattan HQ.

Responsibilities

The Deployment Strategist will lead 3-6 month implementations of GovWell for new customers and ensure their long-term success by providing ongoing support. They will help cities and counties improve their community services through modern software, and will witness the direct impact of their work on the daily workflows of government staff and citizens.
