High School diploma or GED is required, and any IT certifications are beneficial. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, and Windows-based programs including email are necessary. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and utilize effective time management skills. Credit card experience in the acquiring or issuing industries is preferred.
The Deployment Representative will configure, image, and customize POS equipment, as well as program, test, package, and ship credit card equipment, POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies. Responsibilities include fulfilling daily orders, receiving incoming supplies, maintaining inventory, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all departmental and company processes. The role also involves testing, cleaning, and sorting products for repurpose and RMA to vendors, and loading/unloading product shipments. The representative must be able to work independently in a fast-paced department, meet tight deadlines under pressure, and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
