Three (3) or more years of warehouse management experience in a high volume, automated distribution environment
Ability to lead by example, mentor, develop, and foster a team environment
Ability to understand and demonstrate proper technical, equipment, and systems processes
Ability to work any shift
Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing up to 20 warehouse associates, ensuring they work proficiently and safely
Leading teams in Receiving: scheduling, receiving, unloading, and checking in all merchandise
Leading teams in Order Selection: replenishing, selecting, and labeling product
Leading teams in Shipping: scanning, loading, and shipping merchandise
Leading teams in Equipment operations: moving and slotting product safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
Meeting operational goals within an assigned department and across an assigned shift in a fast-paced 24/7/365 operation
