Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing up to 20 warehouse associates, ensuring they work proficiently and safely
  • Leading teams in Receiving: scheduling, receiving, unloading, and checking in all merchandise
  • Leading teams in Order Selection: replenishing, selecting, and labeling product
  • Leading teams in Shipping: scanning, loading, and shipping merchandise
  • Leading teams in Equipment operations: moving and slotting product safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Meeting operational goals within an assigned department and across an assigned shift in a fast-paced 24/7/365 operation
