Full-time commitment, on-site in Algeria location
Experience in demand management, S&OP processes, or Established Pharmaceuticals division
Knowledge of SAP systems, BOBJ, ADS, TMS, IMS, and DOH metrics
Understanding of commercial, finance, and operational metrics
Compliance with Abbott policies, boycott regulations, quality SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Ability to ensure data accuracy in systems like price database and Customer Master data
Training completion as planned

Responsibilities

Deliver demand goals measured by commercial, finance, or operational metrics
Co-lead the S&OP process with Supply Chain Manager
Collect sales and inventory data from distributors monthly
Prepare distributors' inventory reports within commercial review scope (IMS and DOH)
Verify affiliate demand versus replenishments monthly
Provide demand statement to supply chain manager for supply risks review
Consolidate monthly SAP invoicing and confirm closure of the month
Prepare and consolidate SAP invoices for end-of-month closing confirmation
Coordinate S&OP cycle, prepare demand review, and consolidate S&OP deck for local and regional meetings
Ensure forecast accuracy for major brands within FAC and improve KPIs
Prepare sales flash and LBE ADS
Provide input to Supply Chain Manager on expected monthly sales, including risks and opportunities
Prepare and align weekly sales flash with Finance team for LBE confirmation
Conduct monthly review of Key +/- with team and report prime before the 9th working day
Ensure data accuracy in all systems (actuals in BOBJ, price database, ADS across forecast horizon, Customer Master data)
Publish ADS in prime before the 7th working day by country for all FAC after aligning annual targets
Prepare Key +/- publication report with variance (values), Key +/- tracker (units), forecast accuracy error variance explanation, and submission report (S2) variance analysis
Upload actual TMS and IMS in prime
Ensure compliance with quality SOPs and regulatory requirements
Contribute to financial targets on TMS and align DOH to targets (20% of objectives based on FAC results)
