Requirements

  • College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or 2-3 years of experience in scheduling or related supply chain tasks (highly desired)
  • Knowledge of prime products and attachments
  • Familiarity with company manufacturing facilities, processes, equipment, and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and modify customer forecast to maintain product availability and inventory levels
  • Collate and interpret internal and external business data to improve forecast accuracy
  • Maintain a solid understanding of both the customer and supplier base and internal business processes as a regional expert
  • Perform Forecast & Demand Analysis / Outlier Management
  • Conduct Customer Root Cause Analysis
  • Integrate S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
  • Recognize and take resulting actions related to a change in an existing parts lifecycle
  • Perform Inbound Volume Forecasting (value, pieces, boxes)
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and governance of customer requirements
  • Evaluate customer forecast for abnormalities vs prior projections and historical demand
  • Collaborate with process partners internally and externally to deliver an accurate sales forecast to support regional planning
