Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Steuert den kompletten Tagesbetrieb am Standort – von der Einsatzplanung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Führt das Team mit Klarheit, Energie und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Macht tägliche Briefings, gibt Richtung und Ziele vor und achtet auf die Einhaltung von KPIs
  • Sorgt dafür, dass Kapazitäten und Ressourcen jederzeit zum Bedarf passen
  • Gestaltet eine positive, leistungsorientierte Teamkultur
  • Analysiert Prozesse, erkennt Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt Optimierungen um
  • Achtet auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Unternehmensstandards
  • Arbeitet eng mit Transport, HR und Customer Service zusammen
