  • 5 to 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years in HR preferably in a global mobility role, ideally within a multinational corporation
  • Strong English language skills (written and oral) - Advanced
  • Experience using Equus Platform
  • Experience in expatriate tax matters (e.g., tax equalization, gross vs net pay, tax impact of scenarios)
  • Proven experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment across different time zones

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for back-office activities for international assignments and permanent transfer moves, such as system maintenance and documentation management
  • Provide administrative support for timely, accurate, and smooth end-to-end assignment management for employees on international assignments or transfers under local terms
  • Support workforce expansion in different countries and regions, including establishing operations in new locations
  • Identify opportunities to improve administration processes and report to Global Mobility Services Team Lead; support testing and implementation
  • Provide guidance, training, and feedback for onboarding new joiners and development
  • Manage own deliverables in HR service delivery, ensure timely completion of caseload; train new joiners and less experienced team members
  • Review correctness and completeness of data received from Global Mobility Services Partners; ensure compliance with GM framework and follow up on missing data for timely international move processes
  • Escalate system or other issues to Global Mobility Services Partners and/or Team Lead in a timely manner
  • Monitor/review planned assignment end dates to ensure timely extensions/ends
  • Support compliance activities (e.g., tax, visa extensions) and checks per defined processes
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
