Any Graduation
10 to 14 years of years of experience (with 7+ years in product data management or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role)
Proven experience in product data management and S&OP processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment (preferred)
Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics (preferred)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (preferred)
Skill in Plan - Production Planning and Scheduling

Responsibilities

Support the buying team by ensuring tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit
Carry out accurate filing and maintenance of required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines
Recommend and input into Pricing, Promotional Activity, Product specification, and Supplier selection as appropriate to product data
Collect accurate data and provide actionable insights for category teams to implement
Build effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
Manage End to End 2E product setup process with core and non-core inputs once SKU is included in the Range Plan; set up supplier and product if required
Action product amendments in relevant systems when requested by Buying team (e.g., Pack Size, Description, Supplier factory information)
Manage product benchmarking (new or already ranged) against the market
Create and store product technical files (regulatory requirement for a product to be sold)
Maintain Product Approval Tracker; manage reporting processes required for compliance based on product classification
Manage product return refunds – partial or full
Manage and resolve order issues by working with Supplier and Trading teams
Provide ad-hoc support for special projects, including new product introductions, promotional campaigns, or changes in supply chain strategy
Handle urgent product data inquiries and provide timely responses to internal stakeholders
Perform analysis and solving of moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Interact primarily with direct supervisor or team leads, peers, and management levels at client or within Accenture
Require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures
