Requirements

Proven experience as Delivery Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (SAP, Activate, and Agile methodologies)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related field
Project management certifications (Activate, ITIL) are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of IT projects from conception to completion
Coordinate multifunctional and multigeography teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
Ensure achievement of SLAs
Monitor and control project budget, identifying and mitigating financial risks
Ensure compliance with internal DXC processes
Coordinate team involvement with support to the pre-sales team
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and suppliers
Implement and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and quality
Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
