Requirements

  • Proven experience as Delivery Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (SAP, Activate, and Agile methodologies)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related field
  • Project management certifications (Activate, ITIL) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of IT projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate multifunctional and multigeography teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ensure achievement of SLAs
  • Monitor and control project budget, identifying and mitigating financial risks
  • Ensure compliance with internal DXC processes
  • Coordinate team involvement with support to the pre-sales team
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Implement and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
