Requirements

Chartered Accountant/Master of Business Administration/PGDBM qualifications
16 to 25 years of experience
Understanding of an outsourced processing environment in the Financial Services sector
Experience with Commercial Credit Operations BPO services or strong understanding of Banking domain (Commercial Real Estate servicing preferred)
Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating effective management of client escalations with examples
Experience presenting capabilities to prospective clients and working closely with sales teams for new opportunities
Experience in “Continuous Process Improvement”/Lean Processing
Optional: Team leadership and management experience handling larger teams across multiple locations
Experience with managers of multifunctional teams reporting to him/her, ideally in an operations environment
Experience working for a multinational organization, collaborating internationally, with travel and international work
Preferred: Exposure/knowledge of driving automation and innovation in Banking Operations

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver core banking solutions for applications processing essential bank functions, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management, and product management
Help clients and organizations process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers while safeguarding the bank from associated risks
