  • Strong critical thinker and self-starter who can take initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision
  • Passion for continuous self-learning across industries (e.g., IT, banking, retail, industrial, healthcare) with end-to-end technology sourcing exposure
  • Proven analytical skills in numeric and text-based analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations
  • Effective collaborator able to manage in a matrix organization with multiple internal and client stakeholders, influencing at executive level
  • Passion for process improvement and innovation, especially applying generative AI use cases to sourcing delivery
  • Awareness of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their responsible use in sourcing/procurement
  • Ability to leverage generative AI for efficiency in RFP drafting, spend classification, data summarization, and contract review
  • Understanding of when/how to use RFP (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only), and how to develop, execute, and analyze results
  • Ability to collect and analyze quantitative/qualitative information to assess, screen, and select suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in technology spend across companies and industries
  • Lead sourcing projects, including strategy development, RFx management, risk management/mitigation, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contract execution
  • Work with legal and technical teams to facilitate negotiations of legal and technical contract terms and execute them
  • Provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and robust commercial analyses to clients
  • Support development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activity
  • Collaborate with Technology Practice advisors to develop content
