Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow appropriate procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty, integrity, and member focus
Ensure safe and positive environment; embrace inclusion, diversity, and teamwork; deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver club standards daily (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look), and maintain accurate signage
