  • Expertise on products and processes at a minimum of two retail stations at an Eataly

Responsibilities

  • Shares knowledge about products and ingredients with guests and recommends products and portion sizes
  • Reports to the Fresh Market Manager
  • Assists the retail counters with daily operations as needed to ensure counters are running smoothly
  • Ensures retail supplies are in stock and being utilized properly at all stations
  • Stocks counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Slices, weighs, labels, displays, sells and packages products per department standards and guest specifications
  • Manages transfers between departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  • Provides a steady presence on the floor, constantly interacting with guests, employees, vendors and visitors
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned
