Requirements
- Obligatoirement titulaire du diplôme de la Visite Médicale
- Solide expérience de la Visite médicale (connaissance indispensable de l’environnement hospitalier et de la gestion de projets)
- Sens aigu du service clients interne et externe
- Capacité démontrée à travailler en transversal et en matriciel, avec esprit d’équipe
- Bon sens de l’organisation et de la planification, autonomie dans l’activité
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse (notamment pour analyser les bilans d’activité)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques du pack office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Capable de travailler en cross-fonctionnalité avec des acteurs du terrain et du siège en mode « entrepreneur »
- Connaissance de l’infectiologie et de l’anglais (un plus)
- Bonne connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique (un plus)
- Habite le secteur concerné (départements 44, 49, 72, 85)
Responsibilities
- Délivrer une communication scientifique de qualité et adaptée aux besoins et attentes des clients sur les produits dont vous avez la charge (mixte produit évolutif)
- S’appuyer sur une très bonne connaissance scientifique et la maîtrise des référentiels des domaines thérapeutiques et produits (prise en charge de la pathologie, environnement médico-économique, concurrence, parcours de soins du patient)
- Assurer que la promotion est conforme aux référentiels de bon usage, recommandations des institutions, conférences de consensus validées par la Haute Autorité de Santé, et à la Charte de la visite médicale à l’Hôpital
- Initier et entretenir des relations privilégiées avec l’ensemble des clients clés pour promouvoir avec succès la gamme thérapeutique
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et piloter le Plan d’Action Sectoriel pour identifier les leviers de croissance
- Assurer une bonne transversalité avec l’ensemble des acteurs clés de l’entreprise (Responsable Médicaux Régionaux, Marketing, Réglementaire, etc.)
- Initier et mettre en place des réunions et Relations Professionnelles, Staffs, Education thérapeutique, web conférences, etc
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre binôme
- Maîtriser et appliquer les connaissances environnementales et réglementaires des produits dont vous avez la charge
