  • Licenciatura / Grado, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Biología, Medicina, etc.) o titulación equivalente
  • Alta Capacidad de Aprendizaje
  • Deseable experiencia previa en entorno de especialistas hospitalarios
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, storytelling científico y construcción de relaciones de confianza
  • Alta orientación a resultados, autonomía y mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo
  • Dominio de herramientas digitales y de análisis de datos (CRM, Office, IA aplicada al entorno comercial)
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado
  • Residencia en Valencia

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar las cuentas y el territorio de forma integral entre distintas especialidades (dermatología, reumatología), asegurando sinergias y maximizando la penetración de Taltz y Olumiant en el territorio asignado
  • Identificar y entender quienes son los influenciadores y decisores para el manejo de pacientes con psoriasis, artritis psoriásica, axpa y alopecia areata
  • Desarrollar planes de cuenta basados en insights, necesidades no cubiertas y en datos multidimensionales (CRM, mercado, entorno sanitario…) que permitan confeccionar un plan para ejecutar durante el año
  • Planificar y visitar regularmente a profesionales sanitarios en selección, presentando información científica y de valor sobre el producto, resolviendo dudas y aportando soporte clínico y estratégico
  • Reportar de forma rigurosa la actividad de ventas, oportunidades y tendencias del mercado en los sistemas corporativos
  • Participar activamente en congresos, reuniones científicas y actividades promocionales, incrementando la visibilidad del producto y fortaleciendo relaciones con los Key Opinion Leaders
  • Trabajar en equipo con Marketing, Medica y Acceso, haciéndolo con humildad, apertura y orientación a resultados compartidos
  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado y profundo del entorno terapéutico inmunomediado, de nuestros productos, la competencia y las tendencias del mercado
