Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
Basic math understanding
Understand, follow, and effectively communicate verbal and written instructions
Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods of time
Ability to work with handheld tools (i.e. Die Grinder, Dremel Tool, etc.) for extended periods of time
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
Lifting minimum 30 pounds; lifting frequency: occasionally
U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization

Responsibilities

Remove burrs from machined parts using various hand and power tools
Select proper methods and tools for deburring with or without assistance
Polish and blend surfaces
Set-up and operate all equipment (i.e. Deburr Bench, various Grinders, etc.) in the Deburring area
Check work against the blueprint with or without assistance
Work with basic precision measuring instruments (including caliper, micrometer, drop indicator, etc.) to manufacture product to specifications and requirements
Maintain all records required by the Company
