Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute branding and communications projects from concept to rollout, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with recruitment goals
  • Create and curate compelling content for internal campaigns, external recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives
  • Work closely with Recruitment, HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to align messaging and branding efforts
  • Support the launch of recruitment campaigns, events, and digital activations that promote the company’s talent brand
  • Propose new ideas, strategies, and creative concepts to elevate the recruitment brand and candidate experience
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives, using data to inform future strategies
