Already have the right to live and work in this country
At least 3 years relevant work experience in Training
1 year supervisory experience
Mastery of HR domain course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate
Strong working knowledge of adult learning theory principles

Responsibilities

Work with operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to functional/digital skills and analyze them to provide recommendations
Conduct content research, create training outlines, develop training evaluation measures, materials, knowledge assessments, and tests
Identify non-traditional performance improvement initiatives to address knowledge, skills, practices, and training effectiveness gaps
Provide feedback on content and recommend improvements to courseware
Deliver THR Academy Programs in functional, digital, and industry domains to new hires and existing staff using ILT, V-ILT, and Social Learning
Facilitate training programs, translating subject matter expertise into knowledge and skills development
Deliver industry, domain, functional, client systems, and process training to new hires and existing staff
Provide floor support and coaching to all employees, including leadership
Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives
Gather data to measure program effectiveness and conduct assessments (e.g., Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2), pre- and post-training exams per SLAs
Monitor employee progress by tracking performance indicators
Prepare reports on training effectiveness, completion, and data analysis for business reviews
Develop communication assessment tools aligned with project goals and metrics
Execute learning processes and deliver sessions to meet service levels and KPIs
Identify opportunities for business process enhancements, develop/implement recommendations for continuous improvement
Analyze existing processes to define standards, reusable approaches, and contribute to knowledge capital
