Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Transition/Workstream Leads, Service Delivery Leads, and other functional teams to create high-impact response materials for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives
  • Assist the Transition Program Manager in estimating costs and developing detailed work plans for workstreams, ensuring accurate resource allocation and project timelines
  • Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to ensure smooth program execution
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess various concepts, alternatives, and proposed solutions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Lead individual workstreams or portions of a larger Service Transition program, overseeing key deliverables and ensuring timely execution in line with client expectations
  • Define, build, and implement components within Service Transition programs, leveraging existing standard solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce implementation timelines
  • Apply and promote the use of standard Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across transition activities
