Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with personal computers to include email, Internet, Microsoft Excel and Word, SAP
  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or order fulfillment experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls as required
  • Greet and direct all DC visitors
  • Become proficient in the use of the Transportation Management System and SAP
  • Create documentation for shipments as required
  • Post goods issue on shipments
  • Maintain accurate, complete paperwork and proper forwarding of all International documentation
  • Research any discrepancies that arise and work with all parties until resolved
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheet on all incoming and outgoing International parts shipments
  • Obtain hazardous material shipping training; complete all hazardous material paperwork as required
  • Communicate with Toro Fleet and common carriers as required
  • Maintain open communication relationship with Domestic and International Order Services and assist in efforts to resolve issues
  • File all required paperwork created in job duties in a timely manner
  • Maintain required files and rotate as required each year
  • Make copies and fax paperwork as required
  • Maintain and order office supplies on a monthly basis
  • Complete forms and paperwork for office personnel as required
  • Maintain warehouse supply spreadsheet as required
  • Miscellaneous duties and projects as directed
