The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing deep technical support and engaging with customers daily. You should possess extensive experience with relational databases, with PostgreSQL being a strong plus, and be able to rapidly acquire a detailed understanding of TimescaleDB. A "can-do" attitude, prioritizing user assistance, is essential. TigerData is a remote-first organization.
