Database Administrator - Active TS/SCI with CI Poly at A1M Solutions

This is an on-site position with no remote work option.

Required skills include experience administering Microsoft SQL Server in enterprise environments, implementing database security controls aligned with ICAM requirements, using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Agent, T-SQL and PowerShell, supporting databases in ICAM implementations, and SQL development including query writing, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

An active TS/SCI clearance is required, with willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, ICAM-aligned security controls, T-SQL/PowerShell scripting, and SQL development in enterprise or government-regulated environments, plus an active TS/SCI clearance. Nice-to-haves include experience with other RDBMS like Oracle or PostgreSQL, DevOps practices, cloud databases, and compliance frameworks like NIST.
