Responsibilities

  • Lead the Clinical Data Management team
  • Manage the quality of clinical trial data necessary for new drug approval
  • Lead the management of DM projects from new project launch to database lock
  • Develop timelines and system construction proposals
  • Create and review DMP’s (Data Management Plans)
  • Handle communication and coordination with external clients and internal departments
  • Manage project progress and perform variance analysis
  • Provide comprehensive data management solutions to domestic and international clients
