5+ years of experience in Data Management
Experience as a Data Management Lead (Responsible)
Experience communicating with external clients
Rave System Construction & Operation Experience (Preferred)
Ability to understand and interpret documents written in English (Preferred)
Ability to communicate via email in English (Preferred)
Experience across various therapeutic areas and all phases of clinical trials

Responsibilities

Lead the Clinical Data Management team
Manage the quality of clinical trial data necessary for new drug approval
Lead the management of DM projects from new project launch to database lock
Develop timelines and system construction proposals
Create and review DMP’s (Data Management Plans)
Handle communication and coordination with external clients and internal departments
Manage project progress and perform variance analysis
Provide comprehensive data management solutions to domestic and international clients
