Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, ideally in infrastructure, systems, or platform domains at a high-growth company or research organization. A strong foundation in SQL and Python is required, along with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. Experience defining and operationalizing metrics from the ground up is also expected.
