Requirements

Candidates must have 1-2+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and cloud applications (GCP, AWS, Azure), along with machine learning. They should also possess 1-2+ years of experience solving analytics problems using advanced statistics, machine learning, deep learning, mathematical algorithms, and predictive modeling. Additionally, 1-2+ years of industry experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and delivering clear insights is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline is necessary, with a Master's or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will develop a data-driven understanding of customer healthcare needs and shopping behaviors, identifying friction points and engagement opportunities. They will design, build, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to enhance marketing and sales efficiency. Responsibilities include constructing scalable pipelines on cloud platforms to monitor and automate activation, leveraging generative AI and LLMs for process streamlining and new business opportunities, and creating visualizations to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with various teams to translate analytics into actionable business solutions is also key.
