Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in statistics, economics, data science, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, growth science, or game data-related fields
  • Experience in casual game user behavior analysis or A/B experiment analysis (preferred)
  • Experience in experiment platform setup, indicator system construction, or data product implementation (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL / Python (Pandas, Statsmodels, etc.) for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
  • Expertise in experiment design and statistical principles, familiar with causal inference methods
  • Familiarity with common data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase)
  • Strong business understanding, logical thinking, and cross-team communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand casual game business, conduct in-depth data analysis around user growth, game balance, and monetization, and output actionable strategy recommendations
  • Complete comprehensive A/B experiment analysis, interpret results from multiple dimensions, and drive product iterations
  • Build business indicator systems, develop automated monitoring and reporting dashboards, and empower data-driven decision-making for the team
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to promote standardized construction of data tracking, experiment platforms, and data governance
