We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, but we are not currently hiring fully remote positions and all candidates must have the ability to work in our home office in Lansing, Michigan from time to time.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, proficiency in SQL or other data querying language, understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, experience with data science toolkits like R, Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and 2-4 years of professional experience building models with large data sets.
