Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4 Data Scientists responsible for credit decisioning across our Philippines (Cashalo) and India (NIRA) businesses
Collaborate with the leadership team of Cashalo and NIRA to refine and execute their business plans
Work closely with the Global Head of Data Science to implement process and operational frameworks to allow us to scale the team
Work with your team on technical solutions and design, ensuring they align to business goals
