Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer information database (specific data marts) to support analysis, application development, and data-driven marketing techniques
Manage information security, data protection, data quality, and exchange
Liaise with IT and other data management functions internally and externally as required
Enter and verify contact information through manual processes
Perform web searches to critically validate detailed law firm, corporate, academic tax, bar, and government data and make corrections in the database as necessary
Validate/acquire data from external data sources (via web)
Comply with data cleansing guidelines
Ensure highest data quality and error-free delivery of data
