Responsibilities

  • Execute, monitor, and continuously improve production tasks assigned to the Input Operations function, such as sample maintenance and data quality checks
  • Execute, monitor, and continuously improve Input Data quality checks and validations
  • Understand regular execution processes with attention to detail and identify areas of automation and improvement
  • Execute process automation using tools like R/Python/Excel Macros and explore advanced techniques like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Ensure high quality of setup used in various markets reported by NielsenIQ and analyze potential data concerns for clients
  • Execute processes of Input Operations and associated project work, including understanding universe, sample design, data queries, and related activities for different countries
  • Execute statistical estimation and provide root cause analysis and solutions for client queries
  • Execute production tasks to guarantee accuracy and trendability of data within scheduled deadlines and investigate data inquiries/challenges with local, regional, and offshore teams
  • Participate in development, drive standardization, and process efficiency for method-related processes/applications
  • Work in partnership with the country’s Onshore Operations team according to execution requirements defined by process playbooks
  • Engage with Statistical Operations, Output, and Reference Data to collect information, coordinate tasks, improve data quality, and drive continuous business process improvements
  • Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in statistical operations production environments and drive convergence of processes and tools
  • Provide technical and process expertise for deployment of the Consumer Information Platform (CIP) and assist remote resources in implementing projects effectively
  • Prepare accurate tracking KPIs to monitor and improve quality performances (on-time delivery and data accuracy) and maintain project work discipline
  • Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
