Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets and creatively source insights
  • Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data related to provider relationships, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve provider performance
  • Understanding and co-ordinating the delivery of identified automation and improved reporting opportunities within PSG
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data management and reporting efficiency
  • Prepare regular & ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
  • Work closely with our team and other organizations within BlackRock, including operational oversight and Technology Development Office (TDO), to ensure data consistency and support PSG initiatives
  • Champion and Drive Insightful & Impactful understanding of data analysis and automation within our team
