5+ years’ experience in a similar role, experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets and creatively source insights
Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
Maintain and update data related to provider relationships, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve provider performance
Understanding and co-ordinating the delivery of identified automation and improved reporting opportunities within PSG
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data management and reporting efficiency
Prepare regular & ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
Work closely with our team and other organizations within BlackRock, including operational oversight and Technology Development Office (TDO), to ensure data consistency and support PSG initiatives
Champion and Drive Insightful & Impactful understanding of data analysis and automation within our team
