Requirements

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies (Must Have)
  • Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and data architecture
  • Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Responsibilities

  • Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data
  • Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Take responsibility for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure data models align with best practices and industry standards, facilitating seamless data integration and accessibility
  • Analyze existing data structures and design effective data models that support business objectives
