Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies (Must Have)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of database design principles and data architecture
Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes
Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Responsibilities

Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles
Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure data models align with best practices and industry standards, facilitating seamless data integration and accessibility
Analyze existing data structures and design effective data models that support business objectives
