Responsibilities

Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, analyze existing data structures, and design data models supporting business objectives
Ensure data models align with best practices and methodologies for seamless data integration and accessibility
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems applying across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and methodologies
