Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL data models to support HR analytics and reporting needs
  • Create and optimize stored procedures for efficient data processing and retrieval
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HR data governance standards
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using tools (Fivetran, DBT) to automate data ingestion and transformation processes
  • Collaborate with HR systems (Workday, Anaplan, 360) and IT teams to integrate data from multiple sources
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance
  • Utilize GitLab and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and deployment of data solutions
  • Work within VS Code to develop and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Support workforce analytics and metrics, as well as other HR KPIs
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in data engineering, testing, and documentation
