Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support the DIS database, focusing on application recognition, normalization, and categorization within the Analyst team
  • Act as the final point of escalation for DIS-related support tickets, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently
  • Assist the team in delivering targeted customer projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, aimed at enabling new business opportunities
