Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Strong and hands-on proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Redux and Typescript
  • Significant experience with Unit Test and Performance Test frameworks for the Frontend stack
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in Java and Python programming languages is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and ability to drive clarity

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement highly performant experience for the Fulfillment Center, selecting the right stack for front end, backend as well as persistence
  • Lead complex technical initiatives and architectural decisions
  • Drive best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and influence product roadmap
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
