Python Data Engineer

Candidates are required to have over 3 years of hands-on Python development experience for production systems, proficiency in data cloud computing technologies (EMR, Databricks) within leading cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), and skilled in designing and implementing data pipelines using distributed storage platforms. A strong intrinsic desire to learn and fill in missing skills, along with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, is also required.
As a Data Engineer, you will build data tools to streamline data operations globally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions, contribute to the Data Engineering community at OpenData to influence tooling and standards to improve data quality and productivity, and develop a data validation framework to automate quality control processes.
