Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • 6–10 years of experience in data conversion for ERP systems, with 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Proficient in FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL for Oracle Financials or SCM
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming experience
  • Deep understanding of data structures in legacy systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite - EBS) and Oracle SaaS
  • Familiarity with reconciliation methods, data cleansing strategies, and UAT support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Participate in data migration strategy development for Financials, Procurement, SCM, and other modules; analyze legacy data structures, dependencies, and volume for conversion planning
  • Extract data from source systems using SQL/PLSQL or other ETL tools; design transformation logic to map legacy data formats to Oracle SaaS-compatible formats
  • Prepare and populate FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL templates as per Oracle guidelines; validate data loads using Oracle Cloud UI, diagnostic reports, and error handling processes
  • Develop data validation scripts and reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness; work with business and functional teams to validate transformation rules and clean data
  • Participate in mock runs, rehearsal migrations, and cutover execution; maintain data load logs, error trackers, and rollback plans for go-live events
  • Prepare data mapping documents, error logs, and migration traceability reports; support audit and compliance reviews related to data integrity
