Requirements
- Experience with creating executive-focused presentations

Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and evolve team dashboards
- Automate metrics collection for the Direct Portfolio
- Manage the Indirect Portfolio Program (internal customers)
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams for lease renewals and other activities
- Coordinate and track activities with Real Estate, Facilities, and other relevant departments
- Coordinate and track lease renewals, legal activities, and projects
- Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly business reviews
- Manage and track all open risks for vendors within the portfolio
- Update Archer for all vendor activities, including business reviews, insurance certifications, and AOC's
- Coordinate and conduct annual product roadmap and planning reviews for all Tier 1 / Tier 2 vendors, ensuring completion of all risk and compliance documentation
