Foundational knowledge or proven interest in telecommunications construction techniques, networking principles, or fiber optic technology
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and meticulous when working with data or complex documentation (attention to detail)
Proficiency with Google suite (especially Sheets) and a strong ability to learn new, complex software platforms quickly (computer literacy)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to clearly document technical information for various audiences
An understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining clear process documentation and technical guides (documentation mindset)
Applicant must be a commutable distance to Taguig City (on-site location)

Responsibilities

Document, edit, and manage all Inside Plant (ISP) fiber assets within data centers and Points-of-Presence (POPs), including recording fiber connectivity, cable routes, and physical layer specifications (digital modeling)
Review engineering diagrams, design schematics, and vendor As-Built documentation, and translate physical information into accurate digital records using specialized software (e.g., OSPi, Netcracker, ArcGIS) (data integrity & translation)
Assist senior specialists in ensuring the accuracy and logical structure of the data center model, performing detailed data checks, and resolving discrepancies between physical infrastructure and its digital representation (modeling support)
Digitize, record, and verify all passive and active network elements, ensuring all changes (Moves, Adds, Changes) are properly logged and memorialized in the system (documentation & process)
Provide support by running basic network data reports, assisting with capacity checks, and facilitating communication between engineering, installation, and field survey teams (cross-functional teamwork)
Utilize software such as AutoCad, Google Earth/Maps to visualize, plan, and communicate network paths and layouts (visualization tools)
