We are seeking a talented Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Automation team and build, test, deploy, and scale data products that drive value for our internal teams and customers. This role requires strong hands-on knowledge of data and apps product development using Python, Streamlit, Snowflake, GenAI, and related sales technologies like Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience with Python development in a Data, Data Science, or Automation role (ideally building and scaling data products).
- GenAI/LLM Experience: 6+ months of experience leveraging GenAI/LLM to generate text (including fine-tuning).
- Sales Understanding: Understanding of sales deliverables and customer journey in technology.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort: Comfort in the spotlight of high-visibility initiatives.
- Education: Master’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex data & automation workflows using Snowflake, Python, and BI tools to automate manual processes.
- Contribute to data & automation projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful delivery of the roadmap.
- Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Customer Value…) to identify opportunities and drive adoption of new services to improve team efficiency and customer experience.
