Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience managing a data team, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities that balance the needs of the business and the team, specializing in sales, marketing, or finance data, and partnering closely with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic roadmap for technical initiatives. Strong communication and organization skills are required, along with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives, and the ability to excel in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with peers and stakeholders.
As the Data Analytics Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment; prioritize ad-hoc and planned cross-functional work, execute on planning through creation of a roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics work by allocating resources effectively; translate high-level business goals into actionable team objectives and individual contributions; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the team, ensuring alignment on priorities and organizational vision; standardize the team’s operations and improve key team metrics; and scale our data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool.
