Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, and a strong understanding of data analytics principles. Experience working with data analytics teams and internal stakeholders to successfully complete analytics deliverables is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and meet challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will establish and maintain successful relationships across the business to simplify analytics processes and support better business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into actionable solutions. You will also work closely with various teams to understand data needs, create and maintain Tableau dashboards and Smartsheets, design and build new interactive reports, and assume ownership of existing dashboards to ensure their ongoing maintenance. Furthermore, you will contribute to the maturation of data solutions for long-term support by the IT team.
