Requirements

  • 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a Web or Mobile company, Online Gaming industry
  • BA/B.Sc in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economy or other quantitative fields
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • True passion for understanding player behavior and tolerance for ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps
  • Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games
  • Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection
  • Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics
  • Building and maintaining robust data pipelines
  • Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience
