Strong working knowledge of work tools and datasets, including workflows
General understanding of client support process, KPIs, and related metrics
Involvement in policy formation, data extraction through SQL, trend analysis, and systematically cleaning bad data
Stay abreast of updated guidelines and policies
Ability to ideate, troubleshoot problems, and provide team support
Timely and crisp communication skills with management and researchers
Ability to collaborate with other teams in department and global teams

Responsibilities

Process non-financial data accurately and apply it per guideline specifications
Perform high quality data collation, analysis, extraction, and entry into work tools
Provide accurate, relevant, and complete solutions to client requirements
Execute root cause analysis of data lapses and gaps in coverage
Deliver on predefined individual and team targets with quality and excellence
Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset
Work on projects as assigned, completing them within time spans while maintaining quality
Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team
Ideate and execute process improvement and automation projects
Handle project planning, execution, and control with end-to-end accountability
Communicate work in progress and challenges timely to management and researchers
Collaborate with teams to achieve organizational goals and promote diversity
Escalate concerns on time through correct communication lines
