Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, website development, or related fields
  • Experience in an agile working environment
  • Strong grasp of online marketing and web analytics fundamentals
  • Experience in digital analytics implementation and data capture processes, preferably with Adobe Marketing Suite and/or Google Marketing Suite
  • Proficient in JavaScript and HTML; experience coding Adobe plugins or creating custom templates in Google Tag Manager is a plus
  • Preferred experience with Angular, React, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and customer experience metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Google Analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and Google Marketing Stack
  • Experience with A/B testing, UX tools, and Site Personalization
  • Experience with web analytics implementation, testing, and reporting within the Google marketing stack
  • Experience leading migration projects from UA/GA360 to GA4
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of analytics strategies
  • Experience in ensuring data capture requirements and project delivery timelines
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
  • Experience in developing and implementing data layer objects and workflows
  • Experience in designing and implementing data capture processes
  • Experience in ensuring third-party tags are deployed accurately and in compliance
  • Experience in promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Execute tag management to capture key interactions between the website and digital platforms
  • Define and design Data Layer objects and workflows, aligning them with customer experience checkpoints
  • Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of data capture requirements and project delivery timelines
  • Support in developing strategy for configuring A/B testing, UX tools, and Site Personalization
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines
  • Lead migration projects from UA/GA360 to GA4, including creating implementation plans and developer guides
  • Lead web analytics implementation, testing, and reporting within the Google marketing stack
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet data capture requirements
  • Ensure overarching governance, compliance, and continued accuracy for third-party tags deployed
  • Ensure clarity and understanding of tasks, requests, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with the Director of Data Enablement to align analytics implementation with business objectives and requirements
  • Remain open to learning and adapting to new technologies and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure data capture requirements are met and project deliverables are on time
