Position Overview

Pearl Health is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the ACO Operations team. This role involves organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data to contribute to Pearl Health's mission of improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data in various formats.
  • Resourcefulness in gathering information using online tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Undergraduate student/recent graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Google products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Ownership and accountable mentality.
  • Ability to work quickly and adjust priorities gracefully.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
