Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
  • Build and maintain marketing attribution models, funnel conversion analytics, cohort behavior tracking, and member segmentation frameworks
  • Design and develop Looker dashboards
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and insights
  • Support analysis for marketing campaigns, A/B tests, product experiments, and member journey optimization initiatives
  • Analyze product utilization patterns
