  • Experiencia previa como Data Analyst
  • Titulación en Investigación de Mercados, ADE, Estadística, Marketing o similar, con formación o experiencia demostrable en análisis de datos
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2
  • Manejo de herramientas de visualización (Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL y alto dominio de Excel
  • Valorable experiencia con APIs y webscraping
  • Valorable conocimiento en modelos de IA

Responsibilities

  • Diseñar, elaborar y mantener dashboards para las diferentes áreas de la compañía, atendiendo además las solicitudes de información y análisis
  • Realizar el análisis y seguimiento diario de KPI’s de Customer Experience en todos los negocios y servicios
  • Analizar tendencias, correlaciones y patrones a partir de las distintas fuentes de datos disponibles, relacionándolas con otras fuentes internas y aplicando diversas técnicas (correlaciones, regresión, análisis de escenarios, análisis de sentimiento, etc.)
  • Colaborar en el diseño, elaboración y difusión de estudios y análisis relacionados con la experiencia de cliente
  • Definir requisitos técnicos para la implantación de nuevos sistemas de medición de experiencia de cliente y calidad del servicio
  • Dar apoyo a proyectos de transformación digital relacionados con el almacenamiento, manejo, análisis y reporte de indicadores de experiencia de cliente, en colaboración con los equipos de BI, IT y CRM
  • Interactuar con consultoras y proveedores externos para proyectos analíticos y de IA
  • Participar en proyectos internos de mejora del servicio ofrecido al cliente
